TILE

A tile roof is a roof made from clay, ceramic, concrete or slate tiles. All of the tiles are secured to the roof deck by nails. Like asphalt shingles, a tile roof is finished by beginning at the bottom part of the roof, completing a row of tiles, then overlapping the second row of tiles over the first row.
