MODIFIED TORCH BITUMEN

Modified bitumen is related to the built-up roofing systems (BUR) that have been in use on low-slope roofs for over 100 years. It is composed of asphalt along with polymerized rubber or plastic, and is then reinforced with fiberglass which then becomes a rugged and flexible waterproof surface.
